Tending the Inner Fire
Friday, May 15 | 6:00–8:00pm | $32
A two-hour prana vinyasa practice rooted in the element of fire. This practice explores how we build and regulate heat in a way that supports clarity, focus, and sustainable energy. We begin with movement meditation to awaken breath and establish rhythm, gradually building toward a steady internal heat. From there, the practice unfolds in two waves, layering core activation, shoulder integration, and full-body coordination to support strength and lightness. We’ll work with strong standing sequences, dynamic transitions, and progressive preparation for a bakasana family of arm balances, using rhythmic vinyasa and focused attention to organize energy and effort. This is a practice of tending rather than pushing. Learning how to build heat without burning out. How to stay connected to breath and awareness as intensity rises. Expect a focused, energizing flow, clear progressions, and space to work with strength, precision, and internal steadiness.
Taught by Zaidy Charrón, whose teaching weaves together prana vinyasa, ritual, and embodied awareness to support both strength and depth in practice.
