About this Module:
Join Devon Sweeney and Zaidy Charrón for a richly embodied journey into the five elements as the foundation for personal practice, teaching, and healing. Elemental Prana Vinyasa is an immersion in the art of movement alchemy rooted in Ayurveda, yoga, and tantric wisdom, and an invitation to reawaken our deep belonging to the living world through the language of the elements.
Zaidy Charrón, a master Ayurvedic practitioner, brings the depth of classical Ayurveda to life in practical and intuitive ways. Her teachings emphasize the elements as living forces and offer accessible methods for integrating Ayurvedic wisdom into daily routines, class sequencing, and lifestyle rhythms. Ayurveda becomes a compass for self-care and a foundational tool for balancing energy across seasons, stages of life, and the energetic needs of students.
With Devon Sweeney, we integrate elemental vinyasa as a movement meditation—drawing from the Prana Vinyasa system and her background in eco-spirituality, somatics, and tantric studies. Together, we will enter the mandala of the elements to explore the intersections of Ayurveda, yoga, tantra, and indigenous nature-based wisdom, connecting ancient traditions with the urgent need to remember our place in the natural world.
This module invites you to re-pattern your body, mind, and teaching through earth-based intelligence, with practical applications for class design, lifestyle rhythm, and sacred activism. Learn to live and teach from the elements—not as metaphor, but as felt, embodied truth.

Awakening and deepening the principles of Elemental Vinyasa as movement meditation
Art of Namaskar Workbook with the Five Elemental Namaskars – Bhūmi (Earth), Jala (Water), Agni (Fire), Hridaya (Air), Ākāśa (Space)
Integration of elemental meditation, mudrā, mantra, and bhāvanā (contemplation through the heart)
Study of the Tantric Yogic Philosophy of the 36 Tattvas
Elemental immersive experiences – direct contact with each elemental energy through Solar and Lunar practice
Ayurvedic foundations with Zaidy, including dinacharya, seasonal rhythms, and elemental energetics
Intro to Deep Ecology and Eco-Spirituality with Devon
Understanding the microcosm-macrocosm of the elemental body across cultures and traditions
Introduction to the Prana Vinyasa Movement Alchemy system
