Sunday, December 21st | 12:30–3:00 PM with Devon Sweeney & Zaidy Charrón
All levels welcome.
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a sacred juncture where darkness and light meet, inviting us into the stillness at the heart of all transformation. This ritual practice of 108 pranams becomes a moving meditation, a rhythmic bowing to the inner flame that sustains life through the quiet of winter.
Guided by Devon Sweeney and Zaidy Charrón, we will journey through cycles of prostration and prayer, exploring the devotional essence of pra-nam—to bow to the life force within and around us. As we surrender into each gesture, we awaken humility, strength, and reverence for the return of the light. Supported by breath, rhythm, and intention, this practice becomes an embodied ceremony of renewal—an honoring of what has been, and a welcoming of what is yet to emerge.
Come to move, to bow, and to remember the warmth that endures in the heart of stillness.
