You’ll stay at the center throughout your program, with quiet time in the house and on the land between therapies. This retreat does not include island excursions.

These are intimate, one-on-one retreats with personalized support.
Will I leave the center during Panchakarma?
No. Your Panchakarma week is devoted to rest and care at the center. Island adventures belong to the Ayurveda Experience retreat.
How do I choose the right experience?
Start with a Retreat Discovery Call. We’ll discuss your goals and preferences. Panchakarma also requires an individual assessment to determine suitability.
How are dates and travel arranged?
We’ll discuss available dates and travel details before you commit. Airport transportation is included in the Ayurveda Experience; transportation arrangements for Panchakarma can be discussed during your call.
